Maison Madlin is a home that celebrates, nourishes, welcomes, and loves to open its doors to friends from all over the world. It blends and combines the flavors of the countries where Marta and Philippe have lived and traveled. For them, luxury is more of an art of living, a good, tasty, and healthy meal with quality ingredients, because nothing compares to simplicity prepared with excellence.

It is the house convinced that life must be lived well: in food, in health, in relationships with people, with nature and in our daily lives.

The spirit of our cuisine

Between traditional French cuisine and sunny Latin flavors, our dishes evoke good memories shared between friends and family, and our life adventures in Latin America, France and the United Kingdom.

Affectionately nicknamed “maisonnomique”, our cuisine is entirely homemade, prepared at our home by Chef Philippe, whose culinary background is as rich as it is varied.
